Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for an earthquake-resistant rebar and an earthquake-resistant rebar manufactured thereby are provided to easily manufacture earthquake-resistant rebars having various diameters and desired yield strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for an earthquake-resistant rebar is as follows. A steel material, composed of Si 0.10-0.30 weight%, P 0.001-0.040 weight%, S 0.001-0.040 weight%, C 0.020-0.29 weight%, Mn 0.70-1.10 weight%, Fe and inevitable impurities, is heated at the temperature of 1000-1200 degrees. The heated steel material is hot rolled. The hot rolled steel material is water-cooled. The yield strength of the manufactured rebar is 400-520MPa, and the yield ratio is 70-80%.

PURPOSE: A producing method for reinforcing steel and reinforced steel using the same are provided to reduce high tensile reinforced steel costs and to reduce production costs by manufacturing high tensile reinforced steel bars without vanadium and niobium. CONSTITUTION: A producing method for reinforcing steel comprises the next step. A steel material is heated to 1000~1200°C. The steel material is heat-rolled. An area ratio of tempering martensite, on the surface of the steel material, is controlled. The steel material is made from carbon(C) 0.20 ~ 0.40%, silicon(Si) 0.10 ~ 0.60%, manganese(Mn) 0.50 ~ 2.00%, copper(Cu) less than 0.50%, the rest iron(Fe) and inevitably contained impurity.

An iron rod packing apparatus, a method for packing iron rod, and a method for loading iron rod are provided, which prevent corrosion of the iron rod and effectively keeps the iron rod. An iron rod packing apparatus comprises: a band member(15) which binds a plurality of iron rods; an anti-rust sheet which wraps the band member and iron rod; and a belt sling(41) which comprises the belt part(42) and annular part(43). Each belt part is connected to the location more than two locations of the anti-rust sheet about one or more anti-rust sheet package bundles. One or more loops are equipped in each belt part. One or more buffer members are equipped in the belt part.
