Abstract: 본발명은탱자발효물을유효성분으로함유하는당뇨병또는당뇨병합병증의예방또는치료용조성물에관한것으로서, 보다구체적으로는본 발명에따른탱자발효물은인슐린저항성을개선하고, 혈당을감소시키는활성이있으며, 항당뇨활성이있다고알려져있는가르시니아추출물과비교하였을때에도가르시니아추출물보다더 높은항당뇨활성을보이므로당뇨병및 당뇨성합병증의예방및 치료를위한약학조성물및 건강기능식품으로유용하게사용할수 있는효과가있다. 또한, 천연물의사용으로약물에대한독성및 부작용도없어장기간복용시에도안심하고사용할수 있으며, 체내에대해안정한효과가있다.

Abstract: 본발명은체지방감소및 지질대사개선효과를갖는탱자발효물의용도에관한것으로서, 보다구체적으로는탱자발효물을유효성분으로포함하는항비만약학적조성물, 식품조성물및 건강기능식품에관한것이다. 본발명의탱자발효물은체지방감소효과를가질뿐만아니라, 혈청내의트리글리세라이드(triglyceride)의농도감소, 콜레스테롤수치감소, HDL-콜레스테롤농도증가를통해지질대사개선효과를동시에나타낼수 있으므로, 이를유효성분으로포함하는본 발명의조성물은비만을효과적으로억제할수 있어항비만의약품, 식품등에유용하게사용될수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a use of fermentation products of trifoliate orange which has body fat reduction and lipid metabolism improvement effects, more specifically to anti-obesity pharmaceutical composition, a food composition, and health functional food containing fermentation products of trifoliate orange as an effective component.
