본 발명은 발효 현미를 이용한 쌀 가공식품의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 쌀 가공식품의 제조과정 중 유용한 생리활성을 가지는 현미를 발효하여 관능미와 품질이 우수한 쌀 가공식품을 제조하는 방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 쌀 가공식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 쌀 가공식품은 다양한 기능성 영양성분을 갖는 현미를 사용하여 발효시켜 제조된 것으로서, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 발효현미를 이용한 쌀 가공식품은 현미 특유의 영양성분을 유지하면서도 탄성도를 높여 쌀 가공식품이 가지고 있는 단점을 극복할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Cordyceps militaris extract and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a Cordyceps militaris extract comprising: (S1) a step for pulverizing Cordyceps militaris; (S2) a step for making a mixture by adding water and acanthopanax leaves to the pulverized Cordyceps militaris; (S3) a step for obtaining a first extract by heating the mixture at 60-100°C for 1-3 hours; and (S4) a step for obtaining a second extract by heating the first extract at 110-140°C for 1-3 hours. According to the present invention, the Cordyceps militaris extract, which has improved anticancer effects and tastes by efficiently removing a unique off odor and fishy taste, can be obtained.

The present invention relates to a method for cultivating tomatoes with high content lycopene and, more specifically, to a method for cultivating tomatoes containing high content lycopene, which is an active ingredient of the tomatoes and which has anti-oxidative and anti-cancer activities. A feature of the method for cultivating tomatoes with high content lycopene is that Flavobacterium sp. or Chryseobacterium indologenes is treated to the soil at a planting step. According to the present invention, the lycopene content of the tomatoes is increased by treating Flavobacterium sp. or Chryseobacterium indologenes to the soil at the planting step. Therefore, the cultivating method has an advantage of mass producing the lycopene having functions in controlling or inactivating free oxygen radicals, which damages a human body.

The rice processed food according to the present invention is manufactured by fermenting brown rice having various functional nutrients, and the rice processed food using fermented brown rice, which is manufactured according to the present invention, can maintain distinctive nutrients of brow rice and increase the degree of elasticity, thereby overcoming drawbacks of the rice processed food.
