    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing monosaccharide and adenosine is provided to prevent and treat aging, wrinkle, and fine wrinkle. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains a monosaccharide of mannose, rhamnose, or mixture thereof; and an additive compound of adenosine, analog thereof, and mixture thereof in physiologically acceptable medium. The additive compound is contained in 0.01-10 weight% based on total weight. The adenosine analog is erythro-9-(2-hydroxy-3-nonyl)-adenine(EHNA) or iodine tubercidin. The adenosine analog is a compound of chemical formula I, salt thereof, optical isomer, and solvate.
