Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method of inspecting facilities using a quick response (QR) code, and more specifically, to a system and a method of inspecting facilities using a QR code which take an image of a QR code attached to each of the facilities by using an embedded camera of a mobile device, and inputting an inspection result using the mobile device, such that a periodic inspection on the facilities is performed according to a correct schedule. According to the present invention, inspection items for the facilities are extracted according to an inspection schedule, and the extracted result is automatically sent to the mobile device of each of the inspectors. And, inspection information including facility information read from the QR code attached to the facility to be inspected is received from the mobile device of each of the inspectors and recorded thereon, such that the periodic inspection for each of the facilities is performed at a correct date without being omitted.
