Abstract: 본 발명은 결핵균 검출용 프라이머, 프로브 및 이를 이용한 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 생물학적 시료 및 환경 시료에 존재하는 결핵균의 유전자를 검출하기 위한 프라이머, 프로브 및 이를 이용한 중합효소 연쇄반응으로 결핵균의 유전자를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 결핵균 검출 방법에 비해 신속하고 정확하게 실시간으로 검출가능하며, 또한 상기 프라이머 및 프로브를 포함하는 중합효소 연쇄반응 혼합물의 건조물은 용액 상태와 동등한 성능으로 보관 기간이 향상되므로 검출 키트에 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A food waste vinyl bag and a bag for the same are provided to prevent the bag from being stained with food waste by discharging the food waste through the bottom ends of the bag and the vinyl bag. CONSTITUTION: A bag for a food waste vinyl bag comprises a main body (110) and an opening and closing part (120). The top of the main body is opened. Multiple hooks (130), on which a food waste vinyl bag can be hung, are attached to the inner surface of the main body. The opening and closing part opens and closes both surfaces of the main body. The bottom end of the main body is cut in a horizontal direction and is opened and closed. The opening and closing part is a zipper and opens and closes 1/3-1/4 portion of the side surfaces of the main body.
