Abstract:
A method for dyeing a silk fabric by an alga is provided to prevent the eutrophication of the water quality due to the increase of the inorganic nutritive salts. A proper amount of an alga is prepared according to the weight of the target salt, washed, crushed and filtered so that the extraction solution is manufactured. A silk fabric via a pre-process such as the scouring is impregnated into the extraction solution, agitated at the atmosphere of pH 3.0-8.8 and 20-80 degrees in centigrade for 25 to 40 minutes, pressed slightly, so that a dyeing process is performed. Since the alga as the natural dyes is used, the dyeing method dose not harm to human beings.

Stress specific promoters are provided to promote expression of a target gene normally under stress environment such as anoxia, so that the promoters are useful for producing stress resistant plants and maintaining growth of plants under anoxia condition such as flood disaster. A stress specific promoter has the nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:22 and is identified by analyzing the expression change of a gene caused by stress, especially anoxia stress by using a microarray or DEG(differentially expressed gene) analysis, wherein the gene expression is increased under stress condition, especially anoxia condition. A stress resistant plant is produced by transforming a plant with an expression vector containing the stress specific promoter and a target gene.

A stress resistant plant is provided to show resistance against non-biological stresses such as environment stress and inhibit low growth as compared with wild plants by introducing a stress-induced promoter and a gene encoding zeaxanthin epoxidase(ZEP) to a plant. A stress resistant plant AtZEP contains a stress-induced promoter RD29A or Rab18 promoter and a gene encoding zeaxanthin epoxidase(ZEP) having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, wherein the stress is non-biological stress selected from osmotic stress, salt stress caused by NaCl or LiCl and drought stress, wherein the zeaxanthin epoxidase(ZEP) has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.

본 발명은 견직물염색에 있어서, 파래, 미역, 다시마, 김 등의 조류에 의한 견직물의 염색방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 조류를 피염물 중량에 맞추어 적정량 준비하여 세척, 분쇄 및 여과하여 추출액을 제조하는 공정;과 정련 등의 전처리공정을 거친 견직물을 상기 추출액에 침지하고, pH 3.0∼8.8 및 20∼80℃분위기에서 25∼40분간 교반 하에 약간씩 눌러주면서 염색하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 견직물을 천연염료인 조류로 염색함으로써 인체에 무해함은 물론 염색 후 폐수에 중금속이온이 유출되질 않으므로 환경 오염의 우려가 없고, 특히 폐기처분되는 조류를 이용함으로써 자원활용의 극대화를 기할 수 있음과 아울러 바다에 폐기처분됨에 따른 수질오염을 원천 봉쇄할 수 있는 자연친화적인 염색물을 제공할 수 있다. 天然染色, silk, 藻類, 해수오염, 媒染
