Abstract: 본 발명은 전철 객차의 출입문이 설치되는 출입구로 공기를 분출하여 개방된 객차의 출입구에 에어커튼이 형성되도록 하는 전철 객차의 에어커튼 장치를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 전철 객차의 에어커튼 장치는 전철 객차 내부공간의 온도를 조절하기 위하여 전철 객차에 기본적으로 설치되어 있는 냉난방기와 연동되는 에어커튼을 제공함으로써 에어커튼 장치의 구성이 단순해져 전철 객차에 에어커튼을 설치하는 비용이 절감되도록 한다.
본 발명에 따른 전철 객차의 에어커튼 장치는 에어송출기, 에어커튼용 덕트, 방향전환수단, 출입구용 센서, 제어장치로 이루어진다. 에어송출기는 전철의 객차 천장 상부공간에 설치되어 외부로 공기를 배출하게 된다. 에어커튼용 덕트는 에어송출기와 연통가능하게 설치되고, 출구가 객차의 출입구에 위치되어 에어송출기로부터 배출되는 공기가 객차의 출입구로 분출될 수 있도록 한다. 방향전환수단은 에어송출기와 에어커튼용 덕트 사이에 설치되어 에어송출기에서 배출되는 공기가 객차의 내부공간과 에어커튼용 덕트의 출구 중에서 선택된 어느 하나로 유도되도록 한다. 츨입구용 센서는 객차의 출입구 개폐여부를 검출하게 된다. 제어장치는 출입구용 센서로부터 출입구의 개폐정보를 입력받아 방향전환수단을 작동시키되, 출입구가 폐쇄된 상태에서는 객차의 내부공간으로 공기가 유도되도록 하고, 출입구가 개방된 상태에서는 개방된 출입구에 출구가 형성된 에어커튼용 덕트로 공기가 유도되도록 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An air curtain system for a passenger car of a subway is provided to reduce installation costs of an air curtain by forming the air curtain by a duct which discharges air. CONSTITUTION: An air curtain system(100) for a passenger car of a subway comprises an air blower(10), air curtain ducts(20), a direction converting unit(30), entrance sensors(40), and a control device(50). The air blower is installed in a top space(7) of a passenger car(1), and discharges air to outside. The air curtain ducts are communicated with the air blower, and discharges the air discharged from the air blower to entrances(4). The direction converting unit is installed between the air blower and the air curtain ducts. The entrance sensors detect whether the entrances are opened. The control device operates the direction converting unit.
