    Abstract: An silsesquioxane-based compound is provided to effectively control the transport of hole or electron. And an organic light emitting device comprising the same is provided to show improved electric property such as improved efficiency and brightness. The silsesquioxane-based compound is represented by the formula(1), where each R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 is independently a substituent including a hole transport unit, a substituent including an electron transport unit or a substituent including a cross linkable unit, provided that at least one of the R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 is the substituent including the cross linkable unit. The organic light emitting device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light emitting layer between the first and second electrodes, and further comprises a carrier transport layer including the silsesquioxane-based compound between the first and second electrodes.
