Abstract: PURPOSE: A touch screen panel is provided to form detection patterns on one side of a glass substrate and attach a film including a wiring line while utilizing the glass substrate as a window, thereby simplifying a process and realizing the thin shaping of a product. CONSTITUTION: Detection patterns(12,14) are formed in one side of a glass substrate(10). Metallic lines(15) and position detection lines(15-1) are in advance formed on film(11) attached to one side of the glass substrate and are connected to the detection patterns. The glass substrate is integrated with a window by arranging one side which the detection patterns are formed to a display panel direction and the other side to a direction which a contact object is touched. The first adhesive layer is allowed between the insulating layer and film.
