Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to cut off a contaminating source which can be externally induced, and to enhance product quality by preventing a dark point or a stain. CONSTITUTION: A substrate forms an organic light emitting device. An encapsulation part(20) is coupled to the substrate while covering the organic light emitting device. The encapsulation part laminates an inorganic layer(201) and an organic layer(202). The end of the inorganic layer and the organic layer is directly contacted to the substrate. The thickness of the organic layer is larger than that of the inorganic layer.
