Abstract:
본 발명은 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기막을 포함하고 있는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 UV 흡수제, 산화방지제 및 일중항 산소 켄쳐(singlet oxygen quencher)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, UV 흡수제, 산화방지제, 일중항산소 켄쳐중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 발광층을 포함한 각각의 유기막 및/또는 전극 상부에 개별적으로 또는 모두를 동시에 증착 또는 코팅시켜 박막을 형성함으로써 광에 대한 안정성을 높이고, 산소, 특히 일중항 산소(singlet oxygen)에 의한 산화를 억제시킴으로써 유기 전계 발광 소자의 안정성과 수명 특성이 개선된다.

An imidazopyridine-based compound is provided to show high electron transporting capability. An organic light emitting diode including an organic layer having the imidazopyridine-based compound is provided to show low driving voltages, high current densities, high luminance, high efficiencies and long life-times. A crucible(11) accommodated in the accepting unit of the heating unit(12) includes an opening unit(112) via which a deposition material(P) is discharged, and a flange unit(113) extended from an edge of the opening unit(112) outward. And, the flange unit(113) is extended to cover at least the heating unit(12).
