Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to stably emit white light by improving a color property and efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting member(35) includes at least two or more light emitting units(30, 50) which are placed in a first electrode and displays the same color or different color. A second electrode is placed on the light emitting member. A charge layer for encapsulation(70) is placed on a second electrode and includes a light emitting body which displays at least one or more colors. White color is displayed by combining the color displayed in at least two light emitting device with the color displayed in the light emitting body.
