Abstract: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to improve adhesion between a deposition substrate and a sealing substrate by maximizing an adhesive area between a sealant and the sealing substrate. An organic electroluminescent display device includes a deposition substrate(30), a sealing substrate(31), and a sealant. The organic electroluminescence device is deposited on the deposition substrate. The sealing substrate includes a base plate, an extension part, and a groove. The base substrate is formed in the surface facing the deposition substrate. The extension part is protruded to the fixed height along the edge area of the base plate. The groove is formed in the end part of the extension part. The sealing substrate is attached to the deposition substrate. A silyl agent is composed of a frit inserted into the inner part of the groove and between the deposition substrate and the sealing substrate.
