    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to efficiently suppress the penetration of moisture in sealant by forming a short blocking layer between conductive wirings. CONSTITUTION: A sealing member(210) faces a display substrate(110). The display substrate is bonded with the sealing member through sealant(350). A plurality of conductive wirings are overlapped with sealant and are formed on the display substrate. A short blocking layer is formed between the conductive wirings. A driving circuit chip(550) is mounted on one edge of the display substrate which is not covered by the sealing member.
