상기 식에서, Ar 1 , Ar 2 , Ar 3 , R 1 및 R 2 는 발명의 상세한 설명을 참조한다. 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은, 우수한 전기적 특성 및 전하 수송 능력을 갖는바, 적색, 녹색, 청색, 흰색 등의 모든 칼라의 형광 및 인광 유기 전계 발광 장치의 정공주입층, 정공수송층 및/또는 발광층 형성 재료로 유용하다. 또한, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함한 유기막을 구비한 유기 발광 장치는 고효율, 저전압, 고휘도를 가질 수 있다.

신규한 플루오렌 화합물 및 이를 포함하는 유기막을 채용한 유기 전계 발광 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 플루오렌 화합물은 우수한 전기적 특성 및 전하 수송 능력을 갖고 있어 적색, 녹색, 청색, 흰색 등의 모든 칼라의 형광과 인광 소자에 적합한 정공 주입 재료, 정공 수송 재료 및/또는 발광 재료로 유용하며, 이를 이용하여 고효율, 저전압, 고휘도, 장수명의 유기 전계 발광 장치를 제작할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A compound containing silicon with intramolecular carbazole group and fluorine group is provided to ensure excellent electrical characteristic and charge transfer ability. CONSTITUTION: A compound containing silicon is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, second electrode and organic membrane between the electrodes. The organic membrane contains the compound containing silicon of chemical formula 1. The organic membrane is a single membrane of hole injection layer or hole transport layer. The organic membrane is light emitting layer. The compound containing silicon is used as a fluorescence or phosphorescence host.

A silanylamine compound is provided to produce an organic light-emitting element having high efficiency, low voltage and high brightness. A silanylamine compound is denoted by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 are independently hydrogen, substituted or non-substituted C1-C10 alkyl group, substituted or non-substituted C1-C10 alkoxy group, fluorine, cyano group or amine group. The organic light-emitting element comprises a first electrode, second electrode, and organic film between the first electrode and second electrode. The organic film comprises the silanylamine compound. The organic film is hole injection layer, hole transport layer, or light emitting layer.

CONSTITUTION: A fluorene-containing compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1 or 2.
