Abstract: PURPOSE: A fringe field switching mode LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to improve the reflection rate thereof by including a reflection plate in a first transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A fringe field switching mode LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device comprises: a gate wire(102) which is extended in a first direction on a substrate(100); a gate wire(104) which crosses the gate wire and is extended in a second direction to define a pixel region(P), wherein the pixel region is divided into a light-transmittance region(P1) and a reflection region(P2); and a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) placed at a place in which the gate wire crosses the data wire.
