Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to bond a cover window with a display panel assembly stably by interposing an adhesive layer between the cover window and the display panel assembly. CONSTITUTION: A display panel assembly(50) includes a first substrate(51), a second substrate(52), and an integrated circuit chip(40). The first substrate has a display region and a mounting region. The second substrate is bonded in the display region of the first substrate. The integrated circuit chip is mounted on the mounting region of the first substrate. A cover window(10) is arranged to face the second substrate and the integrated circuit chip. The cover window covers the display panel assembly. An adhesive layer(20) fills the space between the second substrate and the cover window, and between the cover window and the mounting region of the first substrate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device, a light irradiation system and a method for manufacturing the organic light emitting display device using the same are provided to protect a display panel assembly from the external impact by interposing an adhesive layer between the display panel assembly and the cover unit.
