Abstract: An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided to prevent an electrode power supply line from being damaged by including an insulating film. A substrate has a display region. A thin film transistor is arranged in the display region of the substrate. An electrode power supply line(190) is arranged in the outside of the display region of the substrate. A first insulating film covers the thin film transistor and includes a first section to expose the part or the whole of the electrode power supply line. A second insulating film is arranged on the first insulating layer, and has the second section to expose the first section of the first insulating layer, and is not contacted with the electrode power supply line. The first insulating layer is a protective film(181). The second insulating layer is a planarization film(182) whose upper side is flat and lower side is bent.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently protect the side and top of a pixel electrode by forming a protection member to cover the edge of the pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode(110), a first transmissible conductive layer(121), a second transmissible conductive layer(122), a first organic light emitting layer(140a), and an opposite electrode(150) are arranged on a first sub pixel(SP1). A pixel electrode, a first transmissible conductive layer, a first protection member(131), a second organic light emitting layer(140b), and an opposite electrode are arranged on a second sub pixel(SP2). A pixel electrode, a second protection member(132), a third protection member(133), a third organic light emitting layer(140c), and an opposite electrode are arranged on a third sub pixel(SP3). The pixel electrode is formed with a laminate structure of ITO/Ag/ITO. The first transmissible conductive layer and the second transmissible conductive layer include ITO.
