    Abstract: PURPOSE: A donor film for laser induced thermal imaging and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting device using the same are provided to improve the resolution of a pattern after a transfer process by using a thermoplastic low molecular polymer. CONSTITUTION: A donor film for laser induced thermal imaging includes a base material layer(11), a photo-thermal conversion layer(13), and a transfer layer(15). The photo-thermal conversion layer converts light energy into heat energy. The transfer layer includes a pigment and thermoplastic low molecular polymer. The average molecular weight of the thermoplastic low molecular polymer is 100 to 10000. The transfer layer includes an epoxy resin as a binder and becomes a color filter pattern of an organic light emitting device after a transfer process.
