PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device, a light equipment comprising the same, and an organic light emitting display apparatus comprising the same are provided to reduce pixel blurring by forming a refraction layer having a certain taper angle. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting device, a lighting equipment comprising the same, and an organic light emitting display apparatus comprising the same, a first electrode layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A refraction layer(130) is formed on the first electrode layer. An organic light-emitting layer(140) is formed on the low refractive layer. A second electrode layer(150) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. The refraction layer is formed with a first electrical layer or a material having different refractive index from the organic light-emitting layer.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device, a lighting device, and an organic light emitting display device including the same are provided to improve out-coupling efficiency by excluding an inactive area in a device active unit. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer(120) is regularly patterned on a substrate(110). A low refractive conductive layer(130) is arranged on the first electrode layer. The low refractive conductive layer has conductive materials with the lower reflective index than an organic layer(140). The organic layer is arranged on the low refractive conductive layer. A second electrode layer(150) is arranged on the organic layer.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve luminous efficiency by increasing an amount of light emitted to the outside among light emitted from a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first thin film(112) is formed on a substrate and has a concavo-convex unit on the surface thereof. A second thin film is formed on the first thin film and planarizes the concavo-convex unit(112a). A second thin film is formed on the first electrode. PURPOSE: An organic light emitting apparatus is provided to simultaneously increase the brightness and prevent the change of color coordinate in order to improve the color characteristic. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting apparatus includes a first sub pixel, a second sub pixel, a third sub pixel, and a white sub pixel. The white sub pixel includes a color compensating layer which selectively absorbing light in at least pre-set range of a visible ray region. The color compensating layer absorbs light in at least pre-set range of a red color wavelength region, a green color wavelength region, and a blue color wavelength region. The first sub pixel, the second sub pixel, and the third sub pixel respectively include a red color filter, a green color filter, and a blue color filter.
