Abstract: 본 발명은 적층 세라믹 커패시터용 세라믹 조성물, 이를 포함하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 적층 세라믹 커패시터용 세라믹 조성물은 유전체 세라믹 분말; 유기 바인더; 및 특정의 화학식으로 표시되는 대전방지제;를 포함함다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 세라믹 조성물을 포함하는 세라믹 그린시트는 그 두께가 얇아지더라도 정전기의 발생량이 작으며, 우수한 기계적 물성을 나타낼 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ceramic composition, a laminated ceramic capacitor including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a phenomenon that foreign material is absorbed to a ceramic green sheet in the process. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer(111) including a ceramic composition is laminated on a ceramic body(110). An internal electrode is formed in the dielectric layer. The internal electrode is composed of a first internal electrode(120a) and a second internal electrode(120b). The first internal electrode and the second internal electrode have different polarity. External electrodes(130a, 130b) are formed at the outer surface of the ceramic body. The external electrodes are electrically connected with the internal electrode.
