    Abstract: A substrate and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to form the gold layer in the upper part the second nickel layer having the phosphorus which is less than those of the first nickel layer and prevent the overetching phenomenon of the nickel layer. The circuit pattern(310) is formed in the one side of the insulating layer(300). The first nickel layer(332) is formed in the one side of the circuit pattern. The second nickel layer(334) is formed in the one side of the first nickel layer. The gold layer(336) is formed in the one side of the second nickel layer. The phosphorus containing rate of the second nickel layer is lower than the phosphorus containing rate of the first nickel layer. The phosphorus containing rate of the first nickel layer can be 9 percent or more.

    Abstract: An optical component and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a precision structure of a micro-lens by using an electrostatic force supply unit for securing an optical path. A lens holder unit of a barrel structure includes a first electrode(12), an insulating structure(14) having a through-hole(H) as an optical path, and at least one second electrode(16) for surrounding the through-hole within the insulating structure. The insulating structure is formed on the first electrode. One or more micro-lens(18) is positioned within the through-hole and includes an outer circumference part. The outer circumference part of the micro-lens is surrounded by an inner sidewall of the though-hole of the lens holder unit. The micro-lens is made of a hardened transparent resin.
