Abstract:
PURPOSE: A conductive substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a step and an empty space by forming a first electrode on the substrate and forming a second electrode between first electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(130) is applied to a substrate(110) and the first electrode of a fine line is formed by removing a part of the first electrode. A second electrode is formed on the removed part of the first electrode. The first electrode of the fine line is formed by applying resists(170) with an etched part to the first electrode and etching the first electrode. The first electrode is applied in a sputtering method and the first electrode of the fine line has a line width of 1-10 micrometers.

PURPOSE: A heat dissipation substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a light emitting device package including the same are provided to significantly improve heat dissipation efficiency by forming graphene on the heat dissipation substrate which has excellent heat conductivity compared to a metal. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(110) is a light emitting diode or/and a laser diode. A heat dissipation substrate(120) releases heat generated from the light emitting device to the outside. The heat dissipation substrate includes a structure in which a plurality of build-up insulating films(122) is laminated. The insulating film includes a polymer resin and graphene. The light emitting device is electrically connected to an inner layer circuit patter(124) by being welded to an outer layer circuit pattern(126).

본 발명에 의한 음향 변환기는, 중공부를 구비한 기판; 상기 중공부의 외곽을 따라 상방으로 돌출 형성된 제1지지부를 구비하며, 상기 기판의 상면에 부착되는 제1지지구조체; 상기 제1지지부에 대응되는 위치에 하방으로 돌출 형성된 제2지지부를 구비하는 제2지지구조체; 상기 제1,2지지부 사이에 위치하며, 상기 중공부 상단의 내면보다 반경방향 외측으로 외곽 라인이 형성되어 상기 중공부를 완전히 덮도록 형성된 박막형 다이아프램; 상기 다이아프램 상측에 구비되어, 상기 다이아프램에 대향하는 위치에서 상기 다이아프램과의 상호작용에 의해 커패시터를 형성하는 상부고정전극;을 포함하여 다이아프램의 민감도를 향상시킴으로써 고감도의 음향변환기를 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A bicycle air-conditioning and heating apparatus is provided to emit heat or generate heat in a thermoelectric module according to external temperature. CONSTITUTION: One or more thermoelectric modules(110) are installed in a bicycle. One or more power generation parts(140) are installed in a wheel of the bicycle. The power generation part generates power by the torque of the wheel of the bicycle. A power supply control part(120) supplies the power to the thermoelectric module. A power control part(150) controls the size and polarity of the power.

PURPOSE: Metal power, a manufacturing method thereof, and a laminated ceramic capacitor including an inner electrode made of the metal power are provided to improve connectivity of inner electrode by preventing mismatching between the inner electrode and a dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION: A graphene layer(131) is irregularly generated on surface of metal powder. The metal surface comprises the graphene layer which is generated irregularly. The other metal surface do not include the graphene layer. Sinterability of the metal surface is different. Metal power(121) is selected from a group composed of a square, a polyhedron, and a cylinder.
