Abstract: PURPOSE: A moving and loading apparatus for a rotary-roll are provided to improve productivity by supporting a body with a support plate to reduce repeated works in moving a roll member. CONSTITUTION: A drive motor and a reducer are built in a body(110). A supporting plate(150) perpendicularly supports the body. A support plate comprises a mobile tool(160) in a lower part. A rotational plate(120) installs on both sides of the body. The rotational plate comprises shafts front of the rotational plate respectively. The shaft is perpendicularly projected. A lever(170) installs on the side of the body. The lever controls the movement of the rotational plate up and downwardly.
