    Abstract: PURPOSE: A power amplifier is provided to connect an N MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) amplification unit and P MOS amplification unit in parallel, thereby compensating input capacitance which is varied according to an operation mode. CONSTITUTION: A first amplification part(110) comprises an amplification unit(111), a first gate power supply part(112), and a first bias power supply part(113). The amplification unit comprises a cascode connected first N MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) amplifier and second N MOS amplifier.
