PURPOSE: A process for preparing an environment-friendly (oxy) nitride phosphor is provided to prepare an (oxy) nitride red phosphor with excellent efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing an environment-friendly (oxy) nitride phosphor represented by {M_(1-x)Eu_x}_aSi_bO_cN_d comprises the steps of: forming a mixture of an alkaline earth metal precursor, an europium precursor, acid, Si3N4 powder and chelate compound in a gel state; drying and plasticizing the mixture, and pulverizing the resultant; mixing 20-200 parts by weight of carbon based on 100.0 parts by weight of the plasticized powder; and plasticizing the mixture of the powder and carbon.

A method for preparing oxide nano phosphors is provided to ensure a simple and economical process because of not needing expensive materials and facilities, and to synthesize the oxide nano phosphors with uniform particle size distribution. A method for preparing oxide nano phosphors comprises the steps of preparing a metal precursor solution; impregnating porous polymer materials in the metal precursor solution; and heat-treating the porous polymer material containing the metal precursor solution. The heating process heats the porous polymer material containing the metal precursor solution at a heating rate of 100 ‹C or more per minute to 500 ‹C or more.

The silicophosphate-based phosphor is represented by the formula of (Sr(1-x-y-a-b-c)BaaCabMgcEuxMny)4Si(PO4)4, wherein each of x, y and a is greater than 0 and equal to or less than 0.2, and each of b and c is greater than 0 and equal to or less than 0.5. Particularly, the silicophosphate-based phosphor is represented by the formula of (Sr(1-x-y) EuxMny)4Si(PO4)4 or (Sr(1-x-y-b)CabEuxMny)4Si(PO4)4.
