Abstract: A color registration sensor cleaning unit is provided to clean an outer surface of a sensor by using a brush or a sponge as a cleaning member and prevent introduction of debris into the interior of a hall with the sensor installed therein by closing the hall when a driving roller does not operate. A driving roller(400) is connected with a driving shaft(410) such that one end of a moving lever(300) is rotatable. As the driving roller(400) is driven, one end of a cleaning shutter(200) is pressed to the other end of the moving lever(300) to open a sensing path of a color registration sensor. When the driving of the driving roller(400) is stopped, the cleaning shutter(200) is returned to its original position by the self-load to close the sensing path of the color registration sensor. The cleaning shutter(200) includes a cleaning member(210) formed at the other end thereof and cleaning an outer surface of the color registration sensor. As the other end of the cleaning shutter(200) is rotated upwardly, the sensing path of the color registration sensor is opened.

Abstract: A driving unit, and a processing cartridge and an image forming device with the cartridge are provided to couple a driving gear and a driven gear without movement during power transmission by using a power coupling part, thereby minimizing position change of a driven gear shaft caused by a driving torque of the driving gear and a load torque of the driven gear, deformation of a process cartridge, and a gap change between a developing roller and a photosensitive element. A driving unit has a driving gear(218) connected to a driving motor, a driven gear(119) engaged with the driving gear, and a power coupling part(250) for coupling the driving gear with the driven gear to be engaged with each other without movement. The power coupling part is an inter shaft distance keeping element(251) for keeping a uniform distance between a driving gear shaft(218a) and a driven gear shaft(119a). The inter shaft distance keeping element is formed of a shaft supporting bracket having a shaft supporting part(255), of which an end is fixed to the driven gear shaft and the other end receives the driving gear shaft. The shaft supporting part has an inlet(256) opened for insertion or deviation of the driving gear shaft, and a shaft supporting groove formed of a plurality of shaft supporting surfaces disposed in different directions from the directions in which a driving torque of the driving gear and a load torque of the driven gear are applied, and a securing part(257) for receiving and restraining the driving gear shaft.
