Abstract: 인쇄속도를증가시키기위해인쇄후 배지되는용지의연속적인배지속도를향상시킬수 있는화상형성장치및 그제어방법이개시된다. 본발명에따른화상형성장치는본체의전방에마련되는인쇄유닛으로부터인쇄된용지를본체후방으로이송하는제1배지롤러와, 제1배지롤러로부터이송된용지의이동방향을본체후방에서전방으로전환하는역전롤러와, 이동방향이전환된인쇄용지를외부로배출하기위한제2배지롤러를포함하는화상형성장치에있어서, 제1배지롤러와역전롤러사이에는하나의메인롤러와그 양측에서접촉하고있는서브배출롤러와서브공급롤러를포함하는중간배지롤러유닛이마련되어, 메인롤러와서브배출롤러사이로역전롤러로부터이송된인쇄용지가배출될때, 메인롤러와서브공급롤러사이로는제1배지롤러로부터이송된인쇄용지가동시에공급된다. 따라서, 첫번째인쇄용지와두번째인쇄용지간거리가종래의인쇄용지간거리보다짧아지게되어, 인쇄용지의연속적인배지속도가향상되어전반적인인쇄속도가증가된다.

The second feed roller discharges the paper fed from the reverse roller to the outside. A center feed roller unit(20) is placed between the first feed roller and the reverse roller. The center feed roller unit includes one main roller(21) having driving force, and sub discharge and supply rollers(22,23). A swing roller(24) which is arranged at the reverse roller guides the paper transferred from the first feed roller to the second feed roller. The swing roller is rotated by a lever(25) and is contacted with the reverse roller.
