    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for managing files for a portable device are provided to manage media files effectively by generating the play lists without the need of additional work of a user. Reproduction files of a source server are copied by the unit of folder and stored in a file system. When the reproduction files are copied, it is checked whether files are added in the file system(542). If there are added files, play lists for the files are created according to file path information of the file system(574). The portable device is connected to a source server(510). The song files for play lists are created by the unit of folder from the source server. A media folder of the portable device is searched by a searching program. The song files are copied in the media folder and the file information is stored in the system(548).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A poly(imide-siloxane) compound useful as a passivation layer for tapeless LOC packaging is provided, thereby the poly(imide-siloxane) compound has higher adhesive strength to both silicon chip and lead frame, and good photoresist wetting so that it can be used in lithography processes.
