A transmission method and a receiving method of control information capable of transmitting control information by using a control channel block while minimizing the consumption of the control channel block are provided to transmit the control information necessary between media access control layers of the mobile terminal and a base station in a packet based mobile communications system and to reduce consumption of the control channel block. A control channel block(CB) including control information for controlling a terminal and identifying information for classifying the control information transmitted to the terminal is configured. The comprised control channel block is coded by a channel and transmitted. The control channel block includes error correction code information. The terminal decodes the control channel block.

A mother display panel for manufacturing a display panel is provided to be easily divided into plural display panels having different and various sizes through a cutting mark group including plural unit cutting marks. In a display panel manufacturing mother display panel(901) divided into plural display panels(910,920), the mother display panel includes plural cutting mark groups(510) which are arranged in column and row direction and become a reference of each corner of the plural display panels to be divided. Each cutting mark group includes plural unit cutting marks(511) formed as being spaced from each other. The plural display panels to be divided have two or more kinds of sizes.

A method for allocating radio resources for data transmission in a packet-based mobile communication system and a method for transmitting data therein are provided to minimize the usage of a control channel by allocating radio resources of uplink and downlink data channels in a persistent allocation method at a connection setup time for a packet service and transmitting data through persistently allocated resources. A base station allocates terminal identifiers to UEs(User Equipments) respectively. Based on a control message delivered from an upper layer, the base station transmits information associated with the allocation of uplink/downlink RBs(Resource Blocks) and the location information of the uplink/downlink RBs to a specific UE and allocates a persistent RB. The base station encodes the allocated persistent RB in order to transmit data to the specific UE through the persistent RB.

A method for paging a terminal in an RRC(Radio Resource Control) connected state in an LTE(Long Term Evolution) System and a base station apparatus therefore are provided to perform paging of the terminal in the RRC connected status by using the terminal's intrinsic identifier, thereby reducing power consumption of the terminal by having no necessity for the terminal to demodulate unnecessarily a control channel. A method for paging a terminal in an RRC connected state in an LTE(Long Term Evolution) System comprises the following steps of: enabling the MAC(Media Access Control) processing unit of a base station to generate a paging message according to the necessity of paging for the terminal and transmit the paging message to a physical layer processing unit(401); enabling the physical layer processing unit to transmit a paging indicator including the terminal's instinct identifier to the terminal(402); and enabling the MAC scheduler of the base station to transmit radio resource information to the terminal through a control channel if a response for the paging indicator is received from the terminal(404).

A plurality of thin film transistors(T) and plurality of maintenance lines(110) are comprised. The maintenance line contact pad(120) and common power supply pad(130) are prepared in the lower plate(100). The light-shield pattern, the short circuit projection(220) and common electrode are prepared in the upper plate(200). A liquid crystal layer is prepared in the space between the lower plate and the upper plate. A plurality of gate lines(G/L) and plurality of data lines(D/L) are equipped in the lower plate. A method for receiving packets in a mobile communication system is provided to operate a mobile station in one of operation levels according to activity of packet data of a corresponding service, thereby achieving an efficient low-consumption operation. A mobile station receives information about inconsecutive reception operation parameters including a reception cycle from a base station(S110). The mobile station is operated in one of a first operation level at which data are received every a first reception cycle, a second operation level at which data are received every a second reception cycle shorter than the first reception cycle, and a consecutive reception level at which the packet data are consecutively received, thereby receiving packets(S170,S190). The mobile station selects one of the first operation level, the second operation level, and the consecutive operation level, according to activity of the packet data.

A method for transmitting a response message of random access in a cellular system and a random access method using the same are provided to assign and manage a mobile station identifier by using minimum random access delay and minimum radio resources. A method for transmitting a response message of random access comprises the followings steps of: receiving a preamble from a mobile station(S301); confirming whether the mobile station includes a mobile station identifier, assigned by a base station, by using the receiving preamble(S303); if not so, allocating first scheduling information to a control information block, allocating a first response message including a mobile station identifier assigned by the base station to a downlink shared channel, and transmitting the control information block and the downlink shared channel to the mobile station(S304); and if so, allocating second scheduling information to the control information block, allocating a second response message including no mobile station identifier to the downlink shared channel, and transmitting the control information block and the downlink shared channel to the mobile station(S305).
