Abstract: A display panel is provided to improve the display quality by reducing circuit-shorted resistance between a common electrode, and maintenance line. A plurality of thin film transistors(T) and plurality of maintenance lines(110) are comprised. Abstract: A polarizing member and a display device having the same are provided to enable a reflection preventing layer to have a small external haze value even when the total haze value is increased, thereby preventing sparkling, deterioration of contrast and whitening and improving display characteristics. A first polarizing member is installed in an upper surface of a display panel and polarizes light from the display panel in a first direction. The first polarizing member comprises a base film for polarizing the light in the first direction to be emitted, and a reflection preventing layer(140). The reflection preventing layer comprises a binder layer(141) formed in an upper part of the base film, and plural beads(142). The beads are distributed within the binder layer, have refractive indexes different from the binder layer, and disperse the light. A second polarizing member is installed in a lower surface of the display panel, and polarizes the light in a second direction vertical to the first direction before emitting the polarized light. In an upper surface of the binder layer, plural concavo-convex units(141a) for dispersing light applied from the outside are formed.
