일 실시 예에 따른 전자 장치(101)는, 통신 회로, 상기 통신 회로와 작동적으로 연결된 프로세서 및 상기 프로세서와 작동적으로 연결된 메모리를 포함하고, 상기 메모리는, 실행 시, 상기 프로세서가, 상기 통신 회로를 통해 제1 서버로부터 수신한 업데이트 데이터에 기반하여, IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) 관련 데이터를 포함하는 어플리케이션을 업데이트하고, 상기 어플리케이션이 업데이트되면, 상기 어플리케이션을 통해 업데이트된 IMS 관련 데이터를 획득하고, 상기 획득된 IMS 관련 데이터에 기반하여, IMS 설정 정보를 갱신하도록 하는 인스트럭션들을 저장할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition for forming an oxide semiconductor, an inkjet printing process using the same, and an electronic device including the oxide semiconductor thin film are provided to obtain an oxide semiconductor without defects through an inkjet printing process by using a composition containing a fixed quantity of sol stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(20) and a gate insulation layer(21) covering the gate electrode are formed on a substrate(10). A channel layer(22) corresponding to the gate electrode is formed on the gate insulation layer. A source electrode(24a) and a drain electrode(24b) are formed on both sides of the channel layer. An etch stopper is formed between the source electrode and the drain electrode. The gate electrode controls the current flow between the source electrode and the drain electrode.

PURPOSE: A method for establishing a relay location is provided to set an initial parameter of the relay device and a installation location of a repeater by detecting a shadow area within a cell in a base station. CONSTITUTION: A base station detects a shadow areas based on a preamble measurement value of a terminal(S310). The base station presumes a signal strength of a terminal spot based on the preamble measured value. The base station compares a presumed signal strength with a reference signal intensity. The base station establishes an installation position of a relay covering up the detected shadow area(S320).

PURPOSE: A wireless environment measuring apparatus and measuring method thereof are provided to measure a wireless environment based on a selected frame in a first mode and to avoid the collision between base stations. CONSTITUTION: A signal receiving unit(310) receives a signal from a neighboring base station. A frame scheduling unit(320) selects a frame which is used for measuring a wireless environment in a first mode and a second mode. A wireless environment measuring unit(330) measures a wireless environment based on a selected frame. The wireless environment measuring unit measures a wireless environment in a second mode.
