Abstract: 본발명의일 측면에의하면, 현채사용채널에간섭이발생하여새로운채널로변경해야하는경우에새롭게변경할대상채널의특성을파악하여채널을변경하는간섭회피를위한무선네트워크채널할당방법을제공한다. 이를위해본 발명의일 실시예에따른간섭회피를위한무선네트워크채널할당방법은, 디바이스간에소정의주파수대역에서통신하고, 소정의주파수대역은하나이상의채널을포함하는무선네트워크에서, 하나이상채널의일부또는전부가다른소스에의해점유되는지여부를판단하고; 점유가있는경우에점유가있는채널이무선네트워크에서현재사용되고있는지여부를판단하고; 다른소스에서점유하고있는하나이상의채널이무선네트워크에서현재사용되고있으면, 하나이상의채널중 어느한 채널로사용채널을변경하고, 다른소스에서점유하고있는하나이상의채널이무선네트워크에서현재사용되고있지않으면, 다른소스에의해점유되고있는채널정보를저장하고; 변경되는사용채널은저장된채널정보에따라다른소스에의해가장최근에점유되지않은채널로변경된다. 이를통해, 주기적으로통신환경을모니터링하여 Interference Source가사용하는채널을파악하여간섭이발생하면민첩하게채널을변경할수 있다. Interference Source의 Frequency locality특성을파악함으로써현재뿐만아니라미래에도사용되지않을채널을선택함으로써간섭의발생빈도를줄일수 있고, 채널을변경의횟수를줄일수 있다.
