Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric device and a control method thereof are provided to indicate power price data according to time to a user in order to know intuitively and to be input reservation time through operation of a rotary dial from the user. CONSTITUTION: An electric device(400) comprises a communications unit(410), a control unit(420), a user interface unit(430), and a memory unit(440). The memory unit stores a list of price level according to power price. The communications unit receives the power price according to time from a power supply. The control unit checks the price level according to time using the list of the price level when the power price according to time is received. The user interface unit indicates the price level according to time in a clock window and indicates reservation time which is input through operation of a rotary dial.
