Abstract: PURPOSE: A slideslow generating device and a method thereof using a photographed image or a stored image are provided to generate a slideshow by designating an order for the stored images within a digital image processor. CONSTITUTION: If a specified number of images are photographed in an image capture mode, a digital signal processor generates an ordered slideshow using the images. The digital signal processor comprises a reproduction order setting unit(39-1), a slideshow conversion unit(39-2), and a controller(39-3). The slideshow conversion unit inputs information about a frame between theframes of the photographed images. The slideshow conversion unit converts the photographed images, which are from the next image receiving a starting set up signal to the image receiving a completing set up signal, into the slideshow.
