Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for polarization characteristic arrangement and a method thereof are provided to execute communication based on a high frequency signal by using a beam including a high directivity. CONSTITUTION: One or more cross-polarized antennas transmit signals. A polarization processing unit(1212) converts the polarization direction of the signal in order to be arranged in a polarization direction of a receiver.
