    Abstract: PURPOSE: An ink jet printer head of top shooting style is provided to improve the speed of ink jetting by mounting the nozzle orifices of a nozzle plate upwardly to providing the ink upwardly and reduce electricity consumption by jetting ink of enough amount by a small displacement amount of a deformation lever. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet printer head of top shooting style includes an ink chamber for containing ink, lever elements(30) having a pair of deformation levers(3a,3b) for defining the ink chamber to press the ink contained in the ink chamber by the deformation of the deformation chamber due to an external power, permanent magnets mounted at upper and lower parts of the lever element for applying magnetic field, a nozzle plate attached on a top surface of the upper permanent magnet and having a plurality of nozzle orifices(10a) connected to the ink chamber, and a concentration element in the shape of arc(20) for concentrating ink in the chamber and pressed by the displacement of the deformation lever on the nozzle orifices of the nozzle plate, wherein the lever elements are disposed on a plane in parallel and the nozzle plate has a number of nozzle orifices corresponding to the ink chambers of the respective ink chambers.

The device locks the mirror when the mirror driver is not operated. The position sensor senses the position of the locking member.

Thereby, the inkjet printing head minimizes assembling process by installing the heater, the conductor, and the orifice on the flexible printed circuit board.

The ink is let is a space of the orifice despite inserting the protrusion unit into the orifice. The bubble is generated in the orifice by protruding the protrusion unit on the base plate. Thereby, the inkjet printing head prevents interference of the heaters without installing an additional partition member. Moreover, the inkjet printing head controls reverse flow of the ink while forming the bubble.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An ink jet printer head is provided to improve resolution at a low cost by off-setting and accumulating more than two nozzle chips having equal resolution at specific pitch. CONSTITUTION: In an ink jet printer head, a nozzle chip is made up of a first nozzle chip arranged on an upper layer of a lower board(14) and prepared with plural first nozzle orifices(11a,11b,11c) and a second nozzle chip arranged on a lower layer of an upper board(15) and prepared with plural second nozzle orifices(12a,12b,12c). The board is installed between the first nozzle chip and the second nozzle chip. Permanent magnets having different polarities are arranged on the upper layer of the upper board and the lower layer of the lower board. The ink jet printer head discharges ink while transferred to the right and left of a printer. The ink is discharged from the nozzle chips(11,12) and a head is returned to an initial position. When a record paper is transferred by a specific distance, the second nozzle chip is placed at a position where the first chip is off-set from the initial position. The intervals of the ink from the first and second nozzle chips are each 1/300 inch. The interval between the ink is 1/600inch. Thus, the resolution of the printer is improved to 600dpi by accumulating the nozzle chips at an optional pitch.
