PURPOSE: A device for providing a multi-antenna transmission method and a method thereof are provided to offer a multi-antenna transmission method using a plurality of terminals. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(1040) receives a signal from a base station. A transmission unit(1030) transmits a signal to the base station. A group configuration unit(1010) configures a terminal group including one or more neighboring terminals using a local area communication module. A control unit(1000) transmits information for the terminal group configured in the group configuration unit to the base station. The control unit detects a reception signal using signals provided from the base station and the neighboring terminal included in the terminal group through the local area communication module. PURPOSE: A metal component working as both an antenna and a sensor component in a portable wireless terminal, and a device coupled with the same are provided to reduce processing costs by replacing multiple mounting components with a single component. CONSTITUTION: A metal component(430) transmits and receives signals to and from one or more communications service bands. The metal component corresponds to a detected object. A mainboard(420) includes a communications module part and a sensor module part. The communications module part processes signals transmitted and received to and from the metal component. The sensor module part obtains information corresponding to the detected object from the metal component.

PURPOSE: An antenna device of a portable terminal is provided to easily control a resonant frequency at a different frequency band by controlling a gap between a first and a second radiation parts and a ground surface. CONSTITUTION: An antenna device of a portable terminal includes a first radiation part(101) and a second radiation part(102). The first radiation part has a loop antenna structure. One end of the first radiation part is connected to a feeding terminal. The other end of the first radiation part is connected to a ground terminal. The second radiation part has a PIFA(Planar Inverted-F Antenna) structure. The second radiation part is extended from an outer edge of the first radiation part. The first radiation part and the second radiation part are commonly connected to the feeding terminal and the ground terminal. A whole outer shape of the first radiation part and the second radiation part has a CLP(Composite Loop and PIFA) structure.

A method and an apparatus for automatically setting a gain state change point of a low noise amplifier in a mobile communication terminal device are provided to set the gain state change point of the low noise amplifier actively according to channel environment, thereby solving the problems when a gain state is fixed. An RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) is measured(300). It is determined whether the measured RSSI is included in a weak electric field(302). If the RSSI is included in the weak electric field, a gain state change point is set to a weak electric field state(304). A frame error rate at the measured RSSI is measured(306). It is determined whether the frame rate increases in comparison with an initially set reference value(308). If the frame error rate increases, it is judged that an interference signal increases. Thus, the gain state change point is raised(312). It is determined whether a measurement period is passed(314). If the measurement period is passed, a frame error rate is measured(316). It is determined whether there is the interference signal(318). If there is not the interference signal, the gain state change point is changed to the original point(320).

The present invention relates to a method and a system for measuring the performance of an antenna and particularly, a method and a system for measuring the performance of an antenna to enable users to quantitatively measure the performance of an antenna by using an algorithm considering channel environments. The present invention relates to the method for measuring the performance of an antenna including a step of obtaining an audio signal transmitted or received by an antenna, a step of quantifying the performance of the antenna by running an algorithm based on the obtained audio signal and the original audio signal of the transmitted or received audio signal, and a step of displaying the quantifying result; the system for measuring the performance of an antenna; and a recording medium to be read by a computer in which a program for running the system is installed.
