Abstract: PURPOSE: A video camera is provided to easily perform a holding operation of a camera, and to prevent an inflow of foreign substances. Also, it is possible to easily film an object by a lens rotatably installed on a camera body. CONSTITUTION: A deck(12) is formed at an upper part of a camera body(11). An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(14) is installed on the upper part of the camera body(11), and rotatable on the basis of a hinge axis(16) for the camera body(11) in order to cover the upper surface of the deck(12). A lens(13) is rotatable for the LCD panel(14). An operator(15) is formed on a rear end of the camera body(11) holding the camera.

Abstract: A dynamic menu configuration apparatus and method are provided to selectively provide only a required application according to a work situation of a user, thereby removing troublesome of re-selecting sequential steps through a main menu to execute other applications while a specific application is performed and providing a dynamic menu without referring to a special manual. A dynamic menu configuration method for providing a user interface comprises the following steps. An application related map is created on the basis of all executable applications(S310). A menu configuration apparatus for a user interface comprises a connection sensor for detecting a connection state of a network and hardware and a controller for creating an application related map on the basis of all executable applications in response to a user request, retrieving all applications connected to an application currently being executed from the application related map and configuring a dynamic menu.
