본 개시는 입력되는 필기에 대응하여 피드백을 출력하는 전자 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 필기 궤적에 따라 피드백을 출력하는 방법에 있어서, 스크린 상에 필기 궤적을 입력받는 동작과, 상기 필기 궤적을 각 좌표축 별 성분 벡터로 분할하는 동작과, 상기 각 성분 벡터에 대응하는 복수의 피드백 신호를 생성하는 동작과, 상기 피드백 신호를 상기 필기 궤적에 대응하여 출력하는 과정을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A device for extracting direction information of an image in a portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to extract direction information of an image which is photographed without a specific sensor which extracts the direction information of the image. CONSTITUTION: A camera unit(140) photographs an image. A control unit(110) extracts a direction of a detected object from the image as direction information for displaying the image forward. The control unit controls storage of the extracted direction information and the image. If the object is not detected in the image, the control unit detects the object while changing the direction of the image to extract the direction information.

PURPOSE: A method of scrolling a screen of a portable terminal having a touch screen and a device thereof are provided to enable a user to control the rate to be scrolled. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(110) checks the entire scroll quantity of an image when outputting the image. The control unit measures the change amount related to the drag when drag is generated. The control unit compares the measured change amount related to the drag and a predetermined reference value. The control unit calculates scroll rate. The control unit outputs an image of location corresponding to the scroll rate based on the whole scroll amount of the image when canceling the drag.

A drying method and an apparatus for performing the same are provided to remove fully deionized water from a semiconductor substrate by suppressing a condensing effect of mixed gas. A first heating process is performed to form a mixed gas by heating a first drying fluid and a second drying fluid(S240). A second heating process is performed to heat the mixed gas in order to prevent condensation of the mixed gas(S250). A filtering process is performed to filter the mixed gas in order to remove impurities from the mixed gas(S260). A drying process is performed to dry the filtered and mixed gas(S270). The first drying fluid includes nitrogen gas. The second drying fluid includes isopropyl alcohol. The first drying fluid is preheated before the first heating process is performed.

A wafer cleaning apparatus is provided to eliminate effectively remaining cleaning liquids from the entire surface of the wafer, so that the reliability of a semiconductor device is enhanced by ensuring cleaning uniformity of a membrane. A cleaning bath(110) having an opening at the top portion contains a plurality of wafers(W). A guide member(120) includes a plurality of loads having slots, wherein edge portions of wafers are inserted into the slots to keep the wafers toward the vertical direction. A nozzle pipe is expanded along the aligned direction of the wafer; and comprises a first nozzle for spraying a process liquid to a first angle, and a second nozzle for spraying the process liquid to a second angle; and is installed at a lower part of the guard member.
