A user system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of flash memory devices; and a memory controller which is connected to the flash memory devices through a plurality of channels. The memory controller includes: a voltage regulator which supplies power to the flash memory devices; and a compensating unit which additionally supplies the power to the flash memory devices if the power required for the flash memory devices is increased. The compensating unit includes: a resistance part which is connected to the output terminal of the voltage regulator and the input terminals of the memory devices; and a charging unit which is connected to the input terminals of the memory devices and additionally supplies the power to the memory devices according to the voltages of the input terminals of the memory device.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A power supply circuit and a power supply method prevent damage to an internal element of a chipset due to sudden current supply and interruption by controlling a sequence of supplying power to the chipset. CONSTITUTION: A sequence control unit (110) generates a control signal by receiving main power. A voltage adjustment unit (120) converts the main power into a supply voltage and outputs the supply voltage according to the control signal. A discharge control unit (130a) generates a discharge signal indicating an operation state of the voltage adjustment unit by receiving the control signal. An output discharge unit (130c) discharges charges remaining in an output terminal of the voltage adjustment unit according to the discharge signal when the voltage adjustment unit is in a non-operational state.
