Abstract:
PURPOSE: A speed voice dial device and a method therefor are provided to search an object and call the object by uttering only four figures of rear numbers of a telephone number without uttering the entire numerical series of the telephone number. CONSTITUTION: A speed voice dial mode setup unit(51) sets a current mode as a speed voice dial mode when receiving a speed voice dial mode setup command from a user. An abbreviated number database(52) stores and manages telephone numbers used by the user, extracts abbreviated numbers from the telephone numbers, and constructs an abbreviated number list. If the user utters an abbreviated number in case that the speed voice dial mode is set up by the speed voice dial mode setup unit(51), an abbreviated number detecting unit(53) detects the abbreviated number uttered by the user from the abbreviated number list of the abbreviated number database(52). A telephone number connection unit(54) connects to a telephone number corresponding to the abbreviated number detected in the abbreviated number detecting unit(53).

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for providing streaming information in multimedia broadcasting system are provided to reproduce a content which is reproduced in other user's device without searching or loading process. CONSTITUTION: A tuner(105) receives a broadcast signal. A broadcasting reception unit constitutes a channel list and broadcast information. A storage device(145) stores multimedia content data. A content research unit(140) searches a content in the storage device. A request transmission/reception unit(120) receives a request from the client. A connect manage unit(115) stores the streaming information to the database.
Abstract:
In a fast, convenient voice dialing apparatus and method, users efficiently and conveniently apply a telephone number digit recognition engine to number dialing. By voicing only a subset of a telephone number among telephone numbers pre-registered in a telephone number directory, the success rate of number dialing and convenience of users increases. The voice dialing apparatus includes a fast voice dial mode setting unit, a contracted number database, a contracted number detection unit, and a telephone number connection unit. Since a user only needs to voice a subset of a telephone number stored in a telephone number directory, long telephone numbers are dialed with better recognition performance at an improved speed. Since telephone numbers that users try to call are pre-stored in a telephone number directory, the number of combinable numbers equals the number of lists registered in the telephone number directory, and recognition speed and performance are improved.

An apparatus and a method for re-configuring an EPG(Electronic Program Guide) are provided to shorten a search time for a user desired program. A data parsing unit(330) extracts a PSIP(Program and System Information Protocol) section included in a TS(Transport Stream). A data editing unit(340) changes storage positions of an EIT(Event Information) and an EET(Extended Text Table) of the extracted PSIP section. As the program is accessed, a controller(310) searches the EIT and the EET whose storage positions have been changed. The storage positions are changed between an ES(Elementary Stream) of the TS and an MGT(Master Guide Table). The TS is stored in a certain storage medium or provided from a relay center in real time. In addition, the controller transfers corresponding commands to each module to perform functions corresponding to the commands when a control command is inputted to the controller through an input unit(300).

본 발명은 이동통신시스템에서의 단문메시지 전송 방법에 있어서, 가입자 이동국에서 전송할 단문메시지를 사용자로부터 입력받는 단계와, 입력된 단문메시지가 전달될 적어도 다수의 수신자에 대한 정보를 입력받는 단계와, 입력받은 단문메시지와 다수의 수신자에 대한 정보를 무선 발송하는 단계를 가진다. 또한 교환기 및 기지국에서 상기 전송된 단문메시지 및 다수의 수신자에 대한 정보를 입력받아 저장하는 단계와, 저장된 다수의 수신자 각각에 단문메시지를 전송하는 단계를 가가진다.

PURPOSE: A method for registering a transmitter in a mobile communication terminal is provided to register information about the transmitter in a database with simply operating the mobile communication terminal of a receiver. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a dialing signal transmitted from a mobile communication terminal of a transmitting side for receiving data including basic information about the terminal of the transmitting side(S100). After receiving the data(S200), the basic information is detected(S300). The detected basic information is displayed(S400). It is judged whether the displayed basic information is to be stored(S500). In the case of storing the basin information, the basic information is stored in a database formed in a mobile communication terminal of a receiving side(S600).

PURPOSE: An intelligent ring back tone service device and a method are provided to deliver a ring back tone in accordance with a set situation of a receiver, thereby automatically changing the ring back tone according to a user's circumstances. CONSTITUTION: When a call is originated(S100), a subscriber decider decides whether a receiver is an intelligent ring back tone service subscriber(S200). If so, a set situation decider decides whether the receiver corresponds to a set situation(S300). If so, a service server delivers a ring back tone in accordance with the set situation(S400). If the receiver does not correspond to the set situation, the service server delivers a basic ring back tone(S420).

A voice recognition key input wireless terminal, a method and a computer readable medium therefor are provided. The voice recognition key input wireless terminal includes a key input unit having a voice recognition switching key, which switches the wireless terminal to a voice input mode, a voice key definition unit in which a voices corresponding to keys of the key input unit are registered, a voice recognition unit which recognizes an uttered voice of a user and determines whether the uttered voice has been registered in the voice definition unit if the voice recognition switching key is pressed when a key input request is received from a voice information provider during a connection to the voice information provider; and a key value conversion unit, which converts the uttered voice into a corresponding key tone if the uttered voice has been determined as a registered voice.
