본발명은휴대용단말기의와이파이기능에관한것으로, 특히 UPnP 기능을이용하여와이파이다이렉트(WiFi-direct) 기능을수행할경우, 피제어단말기의제어를위한 URI 정보를디바이스검색과정에서확인하여와이파이다이렉트기능의성능을향상시키기위한장치및 방법에관한것으로, 제어단말기에서와이파이다이렉트연결기반유니버설플러그앤 플레이서비스를제공하기위한장치는디바이스검색요청을전송하는메시지전송부, 상기요청에대한응답메시지로피 제어단말기의 URI 정보를포함하는응답메시지를수신하는메시지수신부, 상기응답메시지에포함된 URI 정보를획득하는메시지분석부, 상기피 제어단말기와연결시상기획득된 URI 정보를이용하여와이파이다이렉트연결을기반으로 UPnP 서비스기능을수행하는서비스제어부를포함하되, 상기디바이스검색요청은와이파이 MAC 레이어의디바이스검색요청임을특징으로한다.

본 발명은 녹화된 뉴스 프로그램을 기사별로 구분하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 기사별로 구분하여 포스팅되는 웹 게시물을 녹화된 뉴스 프로그램의 동영상 및/또는 자막과 비교하고, 웹 게시물에 포함된 텍스트를 참조하여 뉴스 프로그램의 자막을 정정 또는 생성함으로써 녹화된 뉴스 프로그램을 정확하게 기사별로 구분할 수 있고, 자막의 오류를 정정할 수 있다.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for jointing file between a control point and a media server in a digital living network alliance system, and the system thereof are provided to use the control point and a media server sharing file, thereby easily sharing a photographed image with other user. CONSTITUTION: A control point(10) comprises photographing unit(12). If an image is photographed through the photographing unit, the control point determines analogous map with a face image including the image and a face image file storing in a media server(30). If the analogous map is over the stored value, the control point transmits URI(Uniform Resource ID) corresponding to storing location of the image to the media server. The media server is connected to the URI receiving URI of the image.

본 발명은 컨텐츠 관리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로써, 컨텐츠 목록을 관리하기 위해 하나 이상의 컨텐츠를 저장하는 저장부, 상기 저장된 컨텐츠들 중 컨텐츠 관리를 위해 미리 등록된 적어도 하나의 감시조건에 해당하는 컨텐츠들에 대한 컨텐츠 목록을 생성하고, 상기 저장부의 상태 감시 결과로 전달된 이벤트 발생정보에 의거하여 상기 컨텐츠 목록을 관리하는 컨텐츠 목록 관리부, 및 상기 감시조건에 의거하여 상기 저장부의 상태를 감시하고 상기 저장부에 소정 이벤트 발생 시, 그 이벤트 발생정보를 상기 컨텐츠 목록 관리부로 전송하는 감시부로 구성된다. 이에 따라 컨텐츠 변경 상태를 CPU가 아닌 파일 시스템으로부터 전송 받음으로써, CPU 점유율을 낮출 수 있다. 또한 사용자가 설정한 감시 조건에 따라 컨텐츠를 감시하므로, 모든 컨텐츠를 감시하는 것에 비해 CPU 점유율을 낮출 수 있다.
Abstract:
A method for sharing content by using a DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) network is provided to enable DLNA devices outside home to share contents through the DLNA network and to execute various kinds of contents in a portable terminal regardless of the size of a storage space and processing performance of the portable terminal. A method for sharing content by using a DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) network comprises the following several steps. A gateway logs in by using registered account information(S101) and transmits an IP address of the gateway(S103). A DDNS(Dynamic Domain Name System) matches the IP address of the gateway with the account information and registers the IP address of the gateway(S105). A DLNA device outside home logs in by using the registered account information and transmits an IP address of the DLNA device(S107). The DDNS matches the IP address of the DLNA device with the account information and registers the IP address of the DLNA device(S109). If the registration of the gateway or the device based on the IP address is successful, the gateway or the device gets connected to a VPN(Virtual Private Network)(S111). The DLNA device or the gateway connected to a network via the VPN continuously monitors whether the IP address gets changed(S115). If the IP address of the gateway is changed(S117), the gateway notifies the DDNS of the changed IP address(S119). The DDNS registers the changed IP address through the notified IP address(S121) and notifies the device outside home of the changed IP address(S123). If an address change notification procedure is performed in accordance with change of the IP address of the gateway, the previously connected VPN is disconnected(S125) and a new VPN is connected by using the changed IP address(S127).

A method and an apparatus for providing contents by using a bookmark in a DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) network are provided to share the contents stored in a storage device on the DLNA network by generating imaginary contents from the bookmark file and registering the imaginary contents in a content managing table. A DLNA imaginary contents are generated and registered from a bookmark file(S135). The content information containing the DLNA imaginary contents is provided by responding to the DLNA content information(S150-S160). The selected contents are judged whether the contents are the DLNA contents if the contents to be operated are selected(S170). The contents are transmitted from a corresponding web-page if the selected contents are the DLNA imaginary contents.

A method and a system for transmitting broadcasting contents in a DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) network are provided to transmit HD(High Definition) TV contents under the DLNA network environment within a home and retransmit TV contents through transcoding outside the home, and obtain more channels than DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) and the image quality of higher quality by enabling the retransmission of terrestrial broadcasting of the TV contents. A method for transmitting broadcasting contents in a DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) network comprises the following steps of: transmitting digital broadcasting contents to a DMP(Digital Multimedia Player) for the PTS(Personal TV Servic) service on the DLNA network; transmitting the channel information of broadcasting for the PTS service to the DMP by generating a virtual item(409,411); and transmitting broadcasting contents, received by tuning a corresponding PTS channel, to the DMP according to a request of the PTS service from the DMP(425).
