Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing a waste liquid of semiconductor fabricating equipment is provided to improve work efficiency and productivity by automatically controlling treatment of waste liquid and by generating an alarm when an abnormal state occurs. CONSTITUTION: The waste liquid used in a semiconductor fabricating process is firstly received in a main waste liquid bath(22) and is secondly received in a sub waste liquid bath(30). A pipe(28) induces a flow of the waste liquid of the sub waste liquid bath, connected to the main waste liquid bath. The first and second sensing units sense an excessively received state of the waste liquid, respectively installed in the upper ends of the main and sub waste liquid baths. The third sensing unit senses whether the sub waste liquid bath exists, installed under the sub waste liquid bath. A switching unit controls the flow of the waste liquid, installed in the pipe. A control unit(36) receives a sensing signal from the first to third sensing units, and controls and closes the switching unit when the main waste liquid bath is in an excessive reception state.

Abstract: 코팅/현상설비에서 발생되는 폐액의 배출이 용이하게 실시되고, 배출 이상 발생시 경보동작을 수행하도록 개선시킨 반도체 제조설비의 폐액 처리장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 반도체 제조공정에 사용된 폐액을 1 차 수용하는 주폐액조와 2 차 수용하는 보조폐액조, 상기 주폐액조에 연결되어 상기 보조폐액조에 폐액의 흐름을 유도하는 관을 구비하는 반도체 제조설비의 폐액 처리장치에 있어서, 상기 주폐액조와 상기 보조폐액조의 각 상단부에 설치되어서 폐액의 과수용 상태를 감지하는 제 1 및 제 2 센싱수단, 상기 보조폐액조의 하부에 설치되어서 상기 보조폐액조의 유무를 감지하는 제 3 센싱수단, 상기 관에 설치되어 폐액의 흐름을 단속하는 개폐수단 및 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 센싱수단의 센싱신호를 인가받아서 주폐액조가 과수용 상태이면 상기 개폐수단을 닫도록 제어하는 제어부를 구비하여 이루어진다.
따라서, 본 발명에 의하면 폐액처리가 자동적으로 제어되고, 이상 발생시 경보동작함으로써 작업효율 및 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
