Abstract:
The present invention provides a memory module including an optical interface capable of simultaneous reading and writing, a PCB, and a data processing system including the memory module and the PCB. The memory module according to embodiments of the present invention includes an optical waveguide capable of transmitting and receiving read data and written data at the same time, a light source which converts the read data into an optical signal depending on a preset polarity, a polarization beam splitter (PBS) which separates a transmission path for the read data from a transmission path for the written data depending on the polarity, an optical detection unit which converts the received written data into an electrical signal, and a plurality of memory devices which store the written data and read the read data.
