A device in the present invention controls the generation of ozone while increasing the generation of ions or radicals to obtain enough deodorizing and sterilizing functions, and which comprises a pair of electrodes (21, 22) with dielectric films (21a, 22a) and performs plasma discharge by applying a predetermined voltage between the electrodes (21, 22). The device is formed to include fluid flowing holes (21b, 22b) on points corresponding to the electrodes (21, 22) respectively to have the same penetrate, and is formed to generate plasma only from the opened ends (21x, 22x) forming the fluid flowing holes (21b, 22b) between the pair of electrodes (21, 22).

The present invention comprises; a ring-shaped low dielectric layer (2) which surrounds a flow path (R); a first electrode (3) and a second electrode (4) which surrounds the flow path (R) while the low dielectric layer (2) is inserted therebetween; and a ring-shaped high dielectric layer which is formed to surround the flow path (R) between at least one of the first electrode (3) and the second electrode (4) and the low dielectric layer (2).

PURPOSE: A barrier film for electric components and a manufacturing method thereof can improve the performance of barrier by reducing defects from adhesion between layers and foreign objects. CONSTITUTION: A barrier film for electric components (100,200) comprises a resin film (110); an absorption layer (120) including inorganic material located on a side of the resin film, capable of being charged with positive of negative charge, and having higher hydrophilicity than the surface of the resin film; a laminated film (130) located on a side of the absorption layer, wherein at least one plate type particle layer, which includes inorganic plate type particle capable of being charged with positive or negative charge, and at least one binder layer, which is capable of being charged with positive or negative charge are laminated in turn. A manufacturing method for a electric components barrier film includes forming on a side of a resin film an absorption layer (120) including inorganic material capable of being charged with positive of negative charge, charging the surface of absorption layer with positive or negative charge, and forming on the absorption layer a laminated film laminated in turn with at least one plate type particle layer (131a,131b,131c,131d), which includes inorganic plate type particle capable of being charged with positive or negative charge, and at least one binder layer (133a,133b,133c), which is capable of being charged with positive or negative charge.

PURPOSE: A substrate for a surface emitting device, the surface emitting device, a lighting device, a display device, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by using glass paste composition as planarization materials. CONSTITUTION: An uneven surface(111) is formed in one surface of a light transmissive substrate(110). A transparent planarization layer(120) planarizes the uneven surface. A transparent conductive layer(130) is formed on the transparent planarization layer. The transparent planarization layer is made of glass paste compositions including glass frits, solvents, and resins.
