Abstract: PURPOSE: An image processing device, a processing method thereof, and an image processing system having the same are provided to correct a illumination signal by applying weighting value to an input signal of a low-pass filter and an input signal of an illumination interpolation circuit and to improve image. CONSTITUTION: An image processing apparatus outputs a sub-sampled illumination signal from an input luminance signal(S51). The apparatus performs weighted LPF(Low Pass Filtering)] of the sub-sampled illumination signal(S53). The apparatus interpolates a filtered signal according to a comparison result of a filtered illumination signal and the input luminance signal(S55). The apparatus improves transient about the interpolated illumination signal(S57). The apparatus improves the stability of illumination of an improved pixel signal(S59).
