The resonant apparatus for wireless power transmission has the structure in which a center part of the conducting loop, an upper layer (320) and a lower layer (330) are etched. The high quality capacitor is constituted with a meta capacitor including thin piezoelectric layers (340,350,360) which are located between two metal electrodes. The meta capacitor is located between two dielectric layers whose center part is etched. The conducting loop is located in the upper part of one of the two dielectric layers.

The source resonator delivers electromagnetic energy (130) to the target resonator. A target (200) includes a matching network (121), a rectification part (122), a DC/DC converter (123), a communication part (124) and a control part (125).
