Abstract: A hard disc drive is provided to shorten an assemblage time and improve productivity. A head body(20) is mounted in a body casing. A head part(23) is disposed to be mutually opposite to the head body(20). The head part(23) has at least one pairs of heads(23) and head supporting parts(22). The heads(23) seek a disc. The head supporting parts(22) support the respective heads(23). An FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(14) is extended from the head body(20). A bracket(4) is combined to an end part of the FPCB(14), and is installed in the body casing. A maintaining member(10) has a mounting part(13), a space part(11), and a bracket combining part(12). The mounting part(13) is combined to the head body(20). The space part(11) is inserted between the head supporting parts(22). The bracket combining part(12) is combined to the bracket(4).

Abstract: A machine apparatus for working and a working tool for the same are provided to easily adjust a misalignment of the working tool. A machine apparatus for working includes a predetermined working tool(70), a supporting bracket(30), driving units(21,23,25) to elevate and horizontally move the supporting bracket, a tool holder coupled with the supporting bracket to grip the working tool and relatively move in the horizontal direction within a predetermined fine adjusting range, and a fine adjusting unit(40) disposed between the supporting bracket and the tool holder to minutely adjust a relative position in the horizontal direction. The fine adjusting unit includes a first slide coupled with the supporting bracket to move along a first direction of a plane of the supporting bracket, and a first adjusting unit having a first elastic member to supply a restoring force to the first slide to return to its initial position. The fine adjusting unit includes a second slide coupled with the first fine adjusting unit to move perpendicularly in the moving direction of the first slide, a second adjusting unit having a second elastic member to supply a restoring force to the second slide to return to its initial position, and a connector to connect the second adjusting unit to the tool holder.
